About us

Situated above the River Severn & Ironbridge Gorge, Broseley and the surrounding area is steeped in history, being a key birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. Coal & ironstone were both mined in the parish during this period and it was also recognised as the centre of clay tobacco pipe manufacturing. There are numerous museums nearby celebrating this proud heritage and place in history and the Foresters Arms is ideally located just off the tourist trail to refuel and recharge ready to continue your tour, or to round off a day out.

Having been friends since school, Chris & Paul know the local area inside out and when the opportunity to reopen The Forrester's Arms arose, they knew what was missing from the area was a true family friendly destination eatery with a cooked from fresh menu. Combined with a well considered drinks range means there is something for all tastes.

Sunday's here at The Foresters Arms are all about bringing the family together for a hearty lunch and relaxing the afternoon away. Large parties are easily accommodated, book online for up to date availability and immediate confirmation.

The completely remodelled Willow Room - originally built for the local area's army draft in WWII - opens out onto expansive lawns, making it perfect for weddings and other special occasions. Send an enquiry and our team will be in touch to help you plan a memorable event.
